Chu Xiong


Chu Xiong is an experienced IT professional with a passion for customer support. Like the entire team at Technology Advisory Group, he is committed to solving problems and ensuring an outstanding experience, whether he’s providing software implementation and support to clients or delivering internal, software-related IT staff support. After seven years of providing tech support for small to large companies in retail, manufacturing, and other industries, Chu joined our team in 2021.

One of the things that drew him to Technology Advisory Group was the family-oriented culture. He wanted to be part of a team that prides itself on hard work, camaraderie, and always going above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction. Chu is determined to provide the highest level of customer care, and his greatest goal is to find a solution for any problem clients may encounter. Fixing problems for clients and co-workers, rather than creating them, is what drives him, and he joined us for the opportunity to take on new challenges and continue to grow and learn within the software support field.

As a military veteran, Chu has a deep appreciation for hard work and a team mentality, which makes him a great fit for the Technology Advisory Group family. After serving four years as an Information Technology Specialist in the U.S. Army, Chu was delighted to return to the community he grew up in and use his skills to serve the needs of local residents and businesses.

When he delivers the solutions that make people’s lives better, he knows he’s done his job right, and he always strives to provide the honesty, integrity, and positive outcomes clients expect and deserve.

Chu is a strong supporter of Feed My Starving Children (FMSC), a non-profit organization committed to distributing food to people in need in developing nations. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He loves hunting with his two boys, and his other hobbies include fishing and caring for the animals on his hobby farm.

He also spends time outside of work expanding his professional skill set by refreshing prior training, studying new materials, and updating his knowledge of the latest applicable technologies and tools. His commitment to providing the best possible support is evident in his drive to stay at the forefront of the ever-changing IT field, and it ensures that he has the best chance to help clients find the solutions that meet their needs.
